We have been serving Prior Lake and the surrounding areas for over 40 years. The business was recently taken over by Jake and his wife who are local Prior Lake residents. Jake has lived in Prior Lake his entire life and loves getting to serve his own community. Our favorite part of the business is working locally and providing high quality services that you can rely on.

Jake grew up in Prior Lake and currently resides there with his wife, Nikki. We love working locally and getting to know our own community. There is something very special about serving your very own hometown. Jake attended HVACR school and began working for Prior Lake Heating and AC after graduating. When the previous owner decided to retire, Jake and his wife took over the business. We are grateful for the opportunity to work for our community and take care of each one of you. We value honesty, integrity and hard work. When it comes to your home, you want reliability and honesty; we are grateful we get to provide you with service you can trust.
